KVCD: how Quantize Matrix works?
 

Hi Kwag !

I really want to clear out how quant. matrix works.
Tryed some on web but not clear enough for me.
1. Does he affect file size or just image quality ?
2. When u choosed Andreas matrix did u tryed another ones(just curious)?

I see there are so many of them on web : for low & even for ultra low bitrates to ,for smooth imege and so on...
I'm sure that u tested at least few of them .
I wonder if there is any posible way to decrese file size and increase quality.
