What is most simple way to create one set of VOB's from 2 DVD's?

When using DVD2AVI, the sound from the first set is in synch, but the sound from the second set is out of synch.

Looked on site, but couldn't find anything. I have ifoedit and vobedit, but can't figure it all out.

Used vobedit and ifoedit and merged 2 sets of VOB files (5&5 into 9). The sound seems synched in WinDVD and I'll know if it worked ok tonight.

I do wonder why, when I used TMPGEnc to merge the first MPG files in my first attempt (both were KDVD with no synch problems), the second portion was out of synch. It must be somehow related to sound delay on the MPG from the 2nd DVD. Hopefully merging the VOBS will eliminate this.

Followed the guide, merged the vobs in vobedit and processed in ifoedit. The results were the same: audio synch off in the section from the second vob set. Have about given up on this one.

I noticed in another post that Kwag uses Mediator to extract audio from vob files. Could this work on the combined VOB's created by the above process? I'm trying to combine the 2 VOB sets in order to create 2 CD's with near equal CQ value. At present, most of the content is in the first VOB set.
