DVD2SVCD: Avisynth ERROR Message (caught an access violation)

I ran a D2S using the kvcd_lbr.ini template and it worked fine EXCEPT at the last 5 min of the movie I get this error message:

Avisynth: caught an access violation at 0x01014ff1,
attempting to read from 0x4153c06d.

any suggestions are appreciated....
