You do file prediction: 5 * 20 = 100, so you use file prediction based on 100 minutes to fit on one CD.
Best way is to add them up in DVD2AVI, then create a project file. This way, when you process your file with ToK or acp, it will look like a single 100 minute file. Then you can encode the complete thing as a single MPEG, and add chapter entry points in VCDEasy.
You'll have to encode the audio separately, but you can just extract it with the DVD2AVI process. It will also extract a single audio file of 100 minutes.

Other way if you have all in separates files : do a file size prediction under Tok by using "free size" set to 145000000 (800 Mo/5)
