VirtualDub: AVI audio sync problems
im using virtual dub 1.4.. When the avi file is not 128 kbps.. i end up with sync problems..
Here I need help.. How do i convert the audio to 128kbps if it's not.. thanx. |
The problem is not in the bitrate, the problems in in the encoding mod : you'll have a synch problem if your audio track isn't encoded in CBR.
You have to extract the audio track as an uncompressed wav (set audio to "full processing" and audio compression to "no compression" and save the wav in the file menu) Then convert the wav to a MP2 using headache or besweet |
thanx... what do i do after converting it to mp2... ? multiplex with TMPEGenc?
|
For sure/ What do you do normaly ? Let Tmpgenc encoding the audio also ?
|
yea.. I use TMPEGenc to do everything... am i not suppose to ? is there a better way? any guidance is appreciated.

TMPGEnc is not the best tool for the audio, we generally use Headache or Besweet.
See the guide on the home page, they'll surely give you all informations needed. |
