I have several video files that I captured before I had a DVD Writer. They are in either in VCD or SVCD format.

What I am looking for is a utility that will batch convert them to either Full D1 or Half-D1 format.

I know TMPGEnc will do this, but I have to load each one individually and then manually place it in the batch queue.

What I am looking for is something easy like "point it at a directory and say convert all"
