how to Make a KSVCD using CCE? (CinemaCraft MPEG Encoder)

Since there isn't a KSVCD forum, I am posting here...

Check it out:
Guide: KSVCD/KDVD using CCE

Hope it helps MPEG2 people and bring more CCE MPEG2 vs TMpegEnc Mpeg2 combats to the arena!

In witch why are CCE better then TMPGEnc encoding to mpeg-2? Faster, better quality or anything else? Sorry about my english

*edit* can I use ToK with CCE?

It's 3/4 times faster in my Atlhon XP 2000+. I can encode faster than realtime depending on the filters combination. The quality is about the same for me, some people say it's better.
Unfortunatelly I think you can't use ToK. But you can do manual size prediction as I describe in the get with 3% acuracy.

I heard that CQMatic is far better then Tok...... :?:

It is better, and it's getting more accurate on each released version! But no CCE support (yet).

Thanx for this great guide vmesquita and for putting it in PDF format makes printing it out so much easier and i looking at print doesnt hurt your eyes as much as a Monitor.

Its a shame that CCE doesnt handle Mpeg1 so good otherwise i would use it for KVCD.

Can you get good quality SKVCD on an 80Min CD?

Have anyone tried to make SKVCD's with DVD2SVCD and D2SRoBa??? D2SRoBa does all the file prediction automatic.

I've tried to make SKVCD's with CCE, but the picture seems to be more blury than TMPGEnc. But CCE does is much better on blocknoise

Great work vmesquita :!:

I just downloaded the CCE 2.6 Trial version and added in your KVCD template.

My first MPEG2 encode came out great, and I am just working on tweaking my Q value a bit more.

I have one question, I didn't see a template for 480x480, do I need to change anything when doing a 480x480?

Thanks :)
