DC component precision?

On KVCD Official Specifications it is said that an optimal DC component precision value is 8. But at the same time in all MPEG-2 KVCD templates it is set 10 by default. :?:

Hi Alan,

The templates haven't been update for a while. Just set any template you choose to the recommended values, and you'll be set :)
