DVD2AVI: Weird behavior, PAL vs NTSC

I used DVD2AVI to preview T3:ROTM. While previewing it says that it is PAL at 20fps. But when I go to save it as a project, while it is saving it says NTSC 100% at 20fps. I tried to encode it as a pal with TMPGenc but it got a few minutes in and gave me an error about dvd2avi. What should I do about this. Should I try reencoding it as a NTSC FILM???

Any help would be appreciated.
