I don't think so. It seems CQMatic must be build into the procedure how DVD2SVCD works...

I don't know a way to do that ...

For sure you can !

Let DVD2SVCD go to the CQ prediction, wait for the first opening of
TMPGEnc and close everything (D2S then TMPGEnc).

Open manually TMPGENC, change the source to "AvisynthScript.avs"
(something like this, you will find it in working directrory of D2S).

Use CQMatic normally. It will give you the correct CQ.

reopen D2S, go to "misc" tab and hit "recover". Then go to the
Encoder tab, set the CQ value to what was found by CQMatic and check "fixed value" at the bottom of the screen.
Change also the max and min bitrate in the bitrate tab to the value used by CQMatic (max=2000 and min=57% of average bitrate found into Moviestacker, if I don't make any error (I don't follow the CQMatric thread for a long time)).

Then return to "misc" tab and hit "continue".

Just tell me if everything is ok. Because I don't use CQmatic for the moment (the last try I did, I stop everything because each CQ-matic sample asked for 45 minutes to be encoded ).
