Is there a guide for making KDVD with TMPGEnc?

I've tried the guide for CCE, but CCE won't work for some reason...
So, I thought I should give TMPGEnc a try. But, like I said: Is there a guide availble?

Audio Slave,
You can use my CCE guide. Just on video encoding, you will need the Tmpgenc templates. Download the TmpgEnc templates, and load them using the load button in the bottom of tmpgenc screen. You can also do manual prediction in the same way I show in the guide, but in Tmpgenc instead of varying the Q factor, you vary the Quality, simply clicking on "Setting"(on the botton of the screen), and then 'Setting' on rate control mode. TmpgEnc Quality factor goes from 0 to 100 and the smaller the worse the quality is. Since you're using TMpgEnc you can also use CQMatic. Post here any problems and I will try to help you. I might expand the guide to cover TmpgEnc since it's so simple...
BTW, CCE shouldn't work only in non-SSE processor I guess...
