kwag,
yep, you're right. I forgot to give this important detail. Anyway, encoding at 528x576.

@KWAG

Is CQ_VBR realy better I've testet it and...

I've a Max bitrate of 1000kbps and a value of 9. Than I choose a MAX bitrate of 700 and WOW the value is at 7,xx with CQMatic. The File is perfekt predicted but I think the value have to be higher or not?

The CQ_VBR and the CQ values cannot be compared the way you do it EM... A CQ value of 70 matches a CQ_VBR value of ~16...
There is no sense to post something like "I've tested it" when you really haven't looked at the quality of the two streams but only the Q-Values...

@Jellygoose

First read then wrote then we haven't any problems.

I mean that I have a Max Bitrate of 1000kbps and a CQ_VBR Value at 10
Then I've the same only with a max Bitrate of 700kbps and I thought because of it's at CQ that the CQ have to be greater but the CQ at CQ_VBR was lower at 7.xx.

And I want to know if it's right.

And the more you increase the MAX bitrate (up to a point, of course) from the MIN (separation), the higher the CQ or CQ_VBR value will be in order to maintain the same quality.
It's the way the CQ/CQ_VBR curve works.
