I had one movie on VCD format with filesize 754MB and 84 mins long. Movie is 352 x 240 23.976fps/44200Hz stereo. I already cut off as much as possible to make filesize only 754MB.
I wish I can copy it into one CD.
I use TMPGEnc with load KVCD.
When end of Project Setting, it show "filesize 106% of disk capacity. On the time bar, it over 80 mins. Software notes " it can not fit into the CD "
Please help ---- how to copy this movies into one CD ?

Use a 90 min CD !
If you already cut everrything that can be cutted out, there is no other solution (except reencoding all the movie and lose a lot of quality).

Are you really burning it the correct way? It isn't enough just to do a new data disc and drag the files there. You must choose video cd and drag the files to the right place(using nero to the bottom of the compilation window(called something like tracks)). A 80 min cd can fit 800 mb of video burned in vcd-mode.
