Simple Guide to Convert Divx AVI to KVCD Using TMPGEnc Plus?

Hello,can anyone give me a simple guide to convert a divx into kvcd useing TMPG PLUS?my divx sixe is 589mb and i want it on one disc.im a bit confused what template to use as well.ive also been useing virtual dub and HeadAC3he to convert the wav?all im after really is a simple guide i can follow to do this.It would be much appreciated.thankyou
