Select "16:9, encoded as 4:3 (borders added)".

i have one other problem. when the dvd2svcd procedure gets to the tmpeg part it crashes so i just manually load the avs script into tmpeg but heres the question. how do i mux the audio and the video? i know you can just process them at the same with with tmpeg but for some reason my audio file is longer than my movie by 18 seconds. i think it might have something to do with the fact that even though dvd2avi says the frame rate for the movie is 29.w/e fps but tmpeg reads 23.976 fps from the avs script. anyone know whats up?
