Can I just use the code ChangeFPS(29.97) in the script to create DVD compain video instead of doing a pull down at the end? Or can I just checked the 3:2 pulldown detection option in CCE? Doing a pull down make a copy of the file, a copy of 4 GB video can take a while. I use CCE to encodeDivx/Xvid to MPEG-2.

rs008f,

ChangeFPS won't help, will make the video go faster and this is not what we want. What pulldown does is enable the 3:2 pulldown flag in the MPEG file, so the player converts from 23.976 to 29.97 fps when playing, on the fly. About the CCE pulldown detection, I never used, but I guess it is safer to use pulldown since your movie is all telecined (no hybrid material, part telecined, part trully interlaced).
Since you're doing this kind of conversion, why not check my guide here: http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5142 . This way you can put three movies in one DVD.
