which script gives me better quality for divx encoding?

i got i bit confused these parts below must i put the values in myself or let dvd2svcd figur it out?

The name I gave to the script are self documented : "Divx Filter" is for Divx ! The other one is for clean source as DVD.

You have nothing to Change. Let D2S working and everything will be fine. Just always choose "4:3 encoding, borders added" as aspect ratio for doing the job.
