There's something wrong with your script, or you're probably trying to convert an avi (DivX) file.
Try to play your script with WMP. You are processing via an .avs script, right :?:

AVI (DIVX) to KVCD

yes I am trying to convert Divx to KVCD the .avs script is also OK
