Divx to SKVCD Sound is Off?

i did a divx to skvcd and the sound is about 2-3 seconds before it should be, i tried to fix it in bbmpeg when muxing, but i dont know what to set the audio/video delay at? i tried several times but just dont know how to do it right....does anyone know the right numbers to place in audio/video delay for sound 2-3 seconds too early? thanx

p.s. the source is fine no sound issues there, just in the final encode.

Try scanning your file with DivFIX to see if there are corrupted frames. Sometimes they don't show on playback, but they are there...
