Btw I saw this morning thats KVCD is more and more popular under emule. It seems that poeple made their choice between Divx and and KVCD :-)

There is one thing we must be clear about.
Migauvin said that he downloaded a movie from the net. But he didn't say "what movie" :!:
So, can we assume he downloaded a copyrighted movie :?:
No we can't :!:
He could have downloaded a legal trailer, that someone converted to KVCD, and that's completely legal.
So as long as someone doesn't post an obvious warez or pirate link, we can't assume it's a pirated or copyrighted movie.
Someone can even say that he downloaded "a movie from Kazaa", and we can't assume it's a pirated movie, because Kazaa is just a file sharing program, and that is not illegal. What is illegal is sharing copyrighted content. This has already been discussed in courts, and is very clear.
So we should be more careful as to what is really considered wares/pirated links/content
