KVCD: What Script to use for Short Movies?

To use for encoding a backup of a movie that is less than 120 mins, so it has the best quality, but is 600mb or under so i can extract the audio and it can all fit on a 700MB CD-R? I've tried 120min KVCD templates for TmpgEnc but sometimes the video alone spans over 700MB's...any help would be appreciated.

You can get 700 or so of just video becuase in vcd mode a 700mb cdr can actually hold 800mb

Make sure you do some type of prediction to get the proper size
