Current Command line

How about a thread where everyone posts his latest successful commandline for a vob/avi -> KVCD (or is it an xvcd?) try? You could also post y you chose certain params...

(edit posts so this thread will stay small) :D

It's still an xvcd, because the matrix is not in there yet. But I'll take care of that VERY soon

You can try something like this:

ffmpeg.exe k:\RED_PLANET\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_2.vob -s 720x480 -r 23.976 -ar 44100 -ab 112 -b 1800 -minrate 300 -maxrate 3000 -g 18 -bf 1 k:\test.mpg

These are just test parameters. Non optimal, so just use them to test.
Change the resolution to what you want. After you encode, demux with TMPEG, and remux with BBMpeg or Mplex.

But how about 2 pass? (would be no need for prediction anymore :D )
