KVCD: is this a Good Guide for AVI to KVCD?

Hi, i saw this simple guide for avi to kvcd and was wondering if:

1: Would it give me good quality??
2: Should i use the templates given in the site or the ones givenhere??
Are they the same??

Yes, it's a great guide, and all templates referenced on the guide are KVCD templates
