ok heres the thing, i have a movie i want to encode using KVCDx3, but i dont really know where to start. i am trying to encode Blow. its 123min long, has an original aspect of 624x272, runs at 23.976fps, and does not really have alot of action or things like that (for people who havn,t seen the movie). the real problem im having is with using MovieStacker and Avisynth. I already have the audio seperated in a seperate .mp2 file, and have (i think) everything done except the video. I want to keep the movie widescreen, have it fit on one 80min disc, and i guess that's it. Can anyone help? any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Go to www.kvcd.net and look under "Articles".
There you'll find various guides and manuals.

maybe you can help me with another problem im having then.i follow the steps a guide suggests, but always seem to run into trouble when it comes to MovieStacker. i choose of the presets (in this case the KVCD 352x240 Plus preset), i let MovieStacker and GripFit do its thing, but whenever i save the script, and load it up in TOK, then try a CQ prediction, it always gives me an error with TMPGEnc that my dimensions are not legal and should be a multiple of 8. when i checked the reolutions in MovieStacker (all of them especially the final resized resolution) they were all even multiples of 8. and since this keeps happening, i cant get an accurate CQ prediction, and its making this really hard for me.

Also, where do i get filters that i need for the optimal scripts posted here, and how do i use the scripts in MovieStacker. i know its a long ass post, but its everything im having trouble with, Thanks in advance.

EDIT: ok i just d/l all of Sansgrips filters, are these all the ones i need in order to use the optimal scripts posted here?
