KVCD: Jerky playback?

I'm a newbie to kvcd. I can encode one thanks to all the guides. But the play back is jerky. But when I played the kvcd test cd, the clips on there played smooth. So I know my standalone player can play them.

Please help...I'm getting frusterated.

Well you gotta be more specific here. What resolution did you choose? What was your source? Did you encode MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 ? What was your audio bitrate / KHZ ? NTSC or PAL ? :wink:
