Anamorphic Setting for Widescreen TV Encodes?

I have read some of the posts on the new V3 script which works brilliantly in CCE by the way.

What I would like to know is if I convert a 16:9 Divx movie with anamorphic settings at false and CCE set to 4:3 will it look right on widescreen T.V?

Will I lose any of the picture on the sides when I switch to the Zoom feature on my TV to get the correct height?

Also is their any way of using source_anamorphic=true and changing gripcrop or CCE settings to get the correct output aspect ratio because using it gives extremley good compression.
