i am using the latest optimal script for avi 2 kvcd. version 1.
the only thing wrong is that blockbuster doesn't let TMPGEnc recognize the noise, because after my encode i can see all the noise that was made by blockbuster.

So what settings should i use for blockbuster?

why is the seed value 5283, if the default is 0, what does it do?

thanks

try setting the variance parameter in the BlockBuster line to a lower value- that should make less noise. The seed parameter is just any number to base the random number generator from and this can be any number but keep it the same number for each sample encode so that the file size prediction doesn't vary too much because of the randomization differences with different seed values

It's 5823.
Look at your telephone keypad: 5(K) 8(V) 2(C) 3(D)
