what's WLA in the program TOK......
what i place in settings in the program TOK..???

WLA is a external tool used only when making conversion from PAL to NTSC or the reverse. Don't bother with it if you don't have it and do not plan to make such operation.
Just indicate the path to an other exe in the Tok setting, it won't go to verify what this exe really is.
