How to cut mpg by size?

I encode a DIVX or DVD to miniDVD to put a 2 cds how can I cut the mpg by size so I can have 2 mpg files to same size.
I can only cut mpg by time which can make one disk to big and one disk to small...

Hi CrashUK,

You can do it with BBMpeg.
When you mux. choose the max file size.
