KVCD: TMPGEnc blocknoise on B-frames?

I like TMPGEnc very much, cause it creates very clear and sharper picture than CCE.
The only problem with TMPGEnc is the blocknoise in high motion scenes on the B frames (I and P frames are clear):

http://www.digitalfaq.com/archives/error.gif

-Max bitrate: 2200 kbps
-Avisynth script: FACAR with MA script
-352x576 CVD resolution
-GOP:1,25,2,25
-Matrix: KVCD Noch

If I increase max bitrate to 6000 kbps, the blocknoise is almost gone.
When I use CCE, the blocknoise is not so high as in TMPGEnc.
Are there any settings/AVSfilters which reduce the blocknoise???

Hi azel,

Try setting "Motion Estimate Search" in TMPEG.
Or change the GOP from IBBP to IBP.
This will give less compression, but should clear the blocks.

Hi:
@Kwag (and all)
I can see the picture, and I know now to what you call blocks.
How a pixelated picture it would see?
In other words, what is difference betwen blocks and pixelated frame?

In the case of azel's question, there is no diff.

But do note also that we often talk about "dct blocks" that is not the same thing. DCT blocks are these "dancing" squares that you can find in the plain surfaces (surfaces of uniform color, like wall or sky).
