Codecs: XSVCD, Downloaded a Film, but Dont Know How to See it!

i downloaded a film, but dont know how to see it... i tryed all stuff, but i think i dont have the right codec for play xsvcd on pc.....does anyone could help???

You need a MPEG2 codec (or a pack of codecs including a MPEG2 codec, like ACE CODEC PACK).
