How do add audio without re-encoding the kvcd?

Im sorry because I know this is a newb question, but i created my kvcd perfectly fine only there is no audio. I read that this is becuase TMPGEnc makes crappy audio, but, what do I use to add the audio.

I tryed virtual dub, but it wont let me direct stream the video.

How do add audio without re-encoding the kvcd .mpg?

Thanks for help

Demux it with tmpgenc, and remux your new audio file with bbMPEG

Can you post link to bbMpeg, all i found was brocken links and a site about kicking guys in the balls.

Also i think im making another mistake, the size is wrong, too big.

1 min of video is 9 mb. and I encoded exactly as everyone says. I used the kvcd 352x240 NTSC -plus template.

I know Im not this incompetent.

How did you encode it, I assume you used vdub to make the .wav and headAC3he to make the mp2?

I have the audio fine now Thanks for the help, its just that the video is large, or at least it seems to large for what it should be.

if the audio is 1/2 mb, the video is 9 mb. And this constitutes only 1 min of movie. So with my current size, only 77 min of movie will fit on a cd, I want it all on 1 cd, and I know kvcd can do it because ive downloaded and burned one, and Im making my movie the same quality as the other movie Which IS 150 min. LONG! Wow. and it looks great.

why not now?
