Bitrates: Illegal Stream Format Problem...

I know someone had this problem before. CQMatic calls TMPGEnc 4-5 times, only for a second, closes it again, and ends up with the error message from TMPGEnc "Illegal Stream Format"... However the script is just fine, and I can encode directly with TMPGEnc...

any ideas?
