KVCD: All PLUS templates in sync + 352x480 and 352x576 updated
 

The 352x480(576) PLUS templates were updated today. The quality value was increased to 22. The files sizes created with the 352x480(576) are now almost exactly between the 352x240(288) and the 704x480(576).
So now you'll know exactly what size to expect if you first encode with a template and go over or under the size you targeted. Basically the 704x480(576) makes a file twice as large as the 352x240(288) templates.
The .zip file in the download section has a readme.txt file, which includes the latest information, and a change log. From now on, every change will be updated in that readme.txt file.
