How to Convert KVCD to DVD?

hi there. i have tmpgenc and vcdgear and i was wondering if anyone knows how to convert kvcd to dvd? do i use the same method as encoding an mpeg-2 to a dvd mpeg? by that i mean just using tmpgenc to convert the mpeg file into a dvd mpeg. i am not sure if the kvcd format is the same format as an mpeg-2.

any help would be greatful.

i am in the process of making dvds of all the films i have gotte. some DivX's some avi and some cue/bin
