I'm also getting the same problem with a film thats 74mins 46 secs, I used the KVCDx2-CQ-704x576-(PAL)-1CD template and changed the max bitrate to 1150 as 2300 (default value) made the length of the film exceed the 90 mins mark in nero and the file size came out at over a gig, whats the best bitrate to have?
