How to add ac3 audio delay?

What's the simplest way to add an audio delay to an ac3 file. My KDVD after multiplexing needs about 200ms of negative delay. Seems like it should be possible in the authoring program, like it is in bbmpeg for vcd's, but I can't seem to find an audio delay setting in either tmpgenc dvd author or dvdlab. As a work-around, I've been transcoding with BeSweet, but it's painfully slow.

*As I know* DVD Lab supports the implementation of an audio delay value on the other hand you can convert down an 448kbit 5.1 to 384kbit using AC3machine or Besweet which lets you also implementate the adio delay when reencoding .... the last way btw gives you an extra of safing space which could be used for main movie encoding ... and the quality of the 5.1 won't suffer that much at all.

Use AC3 Delay Corrector. Google will help you.
