Many of you have ask about what I use in my process. First of all I record to my Panasonic E20 DVD-Ram set on the 4 hours mode (352x480). I copy this to my HD (Compaq 1.5 Gz System, 120 GB HD) Run the VRO file through DVD2AVI (1.76), run the d2v and wav through TMPGEnc (any version) load ANY OF KWAG'S TEMPALTES (I don't have problems with any of them) I don't use PAL only NTSC formats. I use the same process with original Rip's. The only change I make is sometimes I lower the CQ from say 22 to 15 or so, to fit the movie on one CD, I do a lot of traveling and carry a portable DVD player, so one CD is much better for me. I have also created a number of DVD-R's with DVDiT and the KDVD templates, again I have used them all, I normally put two movies on one DVD-R (As long as the movie is 2 plus hours in length). I just did a Origianal Korean Rip that was listed as 486 Min (on the box) two disk set, ( So that's 8 hr or so of movie) I was able to put this on one DVD-R (4.7Gb) useing KDVD 352x480 Half DVD and it came out great. I play all this back on a Panasonic E20, Panasonic LV55, Pioneer DV 343, the DVD-R on a SamSung M301 (This won't play the KVCD templates) Can I explain why I don't have no problems, no, all I know is it all works for me, I don't change anything with the templates, like I say If It's not Broke Don't Fix It ....
Aloha
