KVCD: CQ or 2-PASS VBR ?

I will to make an KVCD (704x576) but I will to know what is the best result for the movie quality with Tmpgenc.
Is it to use CQ factor OR 2 Pass VBR.
The movie is 104 min long.
Thank's for your answer.

Note : The time for encoding the movie isn't a problem for me. I will to have the best quality.

With TMPEG, CQ is best.
Read about file prediction in the forum, or about CQMatic.
