do these tmpeg settings really help?
 
there are a few settings in tmpeg that im not sure how they work, or if they even help the picture quality. in the setting there is a thing called motion precision, u can either do normal, high quality, or highest quality.

do these settings really improve the quality by a lot? if i choose the highest quality, does the file size increase?
