TMPGEnc Template Problem - Out of Memory Error?

Im using TMPEGenc beta 12e. When Im using the default im having no problem, but if im using your template im having this "out of MEmory" error. Cant i use the template with my current version?

All KVCD templates were designed for TMPGEnc Versions 2.x. They will not work correctly in versions 1.x.
