CQ 89.77 but file size difference is positive!
 
I start with a new project, I have short paths and i am stumped!!

Here is my log:

Then how come i get a CQ of 89.77 ?

I thought that happened when something went wrong!

Please clear up my confused thoughts :)

It just so happens that for your particular movie, that was the CQ found :)

make sure you have the TMPGenc path set, and that the source range is 0, -1, and whenever you start a project always start it as a new one by going to file-new project. I used to have the exact same problem as you.
