Sure,
When playing back a 528x480 KVCD muxed and burned as SVCD on my NTSC widescreen television, I get a 3 or 4 Horizontal lines that quickly flash across the screen. They always seem to be located on the same part of the tv screen every time, about 2/3rds of the way up the screen.
It seems to happens when the movie switches between different scenes, usually for less then a second.
It also happens when static scenes get sudden movement, like a close up of two people talking, and then having one of them quickly turn his head.....
Here's a perfect example if when it happens. Close up shot of a fire in a fireplace, the lines appear during the whole 5 second shot, near the top of the flame where there is alot of motion.
Forgot to add this does not happen when I encode as a (S)KVCD, but i miss the quality I get when doing KVCDs.
Hope that helps
