I have a SKVCD template of a friend of mine. And all the plugins are correctly installed, because in preview I get images

But when I press start conversion a get this:






This is when i add subs, if i don't i don't have this problem

Plz somebody can help me...

You fails on a bug of the software, there is no help we can provide to you. Go to DVD2SVCD forum on doom9 and ask directly to the software developer.
