TMPGEnc: CQ vs CQVBR difference?
 
What is the major difference CQ vs CQ_VBR? I've used CQ with better results that with CQ_VBR, and majority writs that CQ_VBR gives better results. I'm doing something wrong?
Script optimal, bitrate (MAX2500, MIN300, CQ~60), resolution KVCDx3 PAL, MPEG1, of course TMPG.

CQ_VBR is better for VCD resolution only.
