hi you can join them with virtualdub and then just do the regular way,this is the way i would do it but Dialhot has a different way using avisynth so maybe he will chime in and help.

Simple :

a=avisource("file1.avi")
b=avisource("file2.avi")
a++b

the rest of the script does not change.
