Will this template work on compatable dvd as kvcds?

MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CQ 30, Layer-2 44100Hz 128kbps
i dont have a dvd player but i let some friend try them out
on some player it worked some it did nt
is there a way to play on ps2 :lol:
aiso i changed to cq is there a diffrence 145 min video file
