how do I stop the picture going blocky like this, and this MPEG-1 MPEG-2??
I used the 704X576 PAL Plus template with:
CQ quality set to 100
Max Bitrate = 1150

these are the only two things I altered in the template oh and changed
mpeg-1 to mpeg-2 to see the difference but it seemed to get worse with
the revelution logo when I changed to mpeg-2.

Any Help would be appreciated.
