what feature in avisynth allowes me to get ride of the little borders on the left and right side of my movie.

LoadPlugin("E:\Program Files\DIKO\avisynth plugins\MPEG2Dec3.dll")

Mpeg2Source("E:\001_MencodeMe\Samples\SKVCD1.d2v")
BilinearResize(448, 542, 0, 0, 480, 576)
AddBorders(16, 17, 16, 17)
