How to edit resolution in script?

How do I go about changing the resolution to one not in the dropdown list in D2S. I would like to be able to use 528x480 and 704x480. I know I have to select "Edit as part of video encoding" but then what? I am unsure how to enter the height, width, borders etc. Also is there anyway to add some of the kvcd resolutions to the D2S dropdown list?

By the way if it makes a difference I am using dialhot's scripts.

Thanks

If you are using them you just have to change the two fist parameters of the line gripcrop. First one is width, second, height.

For the dropwodn, now there is no way to do that.

Dialhot

Would just changing the first parameter be sufficient since I am using the same height ie. using 720x480 from the dropdown list and changing to 704x480 or 528x480 in editing?

For sure it will be enought.
